Taste the wines of Cassis

Many estates offer wine tasting (remember to book in advance). Here is a non-exhaustive list of wineries that offer this activity, open to connoisseurs and amateurs!

Domaine de la Ferme Blanche: The Paret family runs the estate, bringing in technical progress without losing the qualities of the terroir. This estate is especially known for its white wines, thanks in particular to the Marsanne grape variety and its AOC Cassis, which you can sample in the tasting cellar.

Domaine du Paternel: The vineyard extends over 50 hectares, within the Calanques National Park. The Paternel estate has been modernised and has offered certified organic wines since 2012. A 45-minute guided tour with a wine-tasting is available. You will find wines from Domaine Paternel and Domaine Couronne de Charlemagne.

Domaine de Bagnol: A historic wine production site in Cassis, much appreciated by connoisseurs, it extends over 14.5 hectares of clay-limestone soil. Approximately 45,000 bottles of white wine are produced each year compared to 41,000 for the rosé. There is a one-hour tour from the vineyard to the tasting cellar.

Domaine Clos Sainte Magdeleine: With its feet in the water of the Calanques National Park, this estate has been run by the Zafiropulo family since 1920 and produces certified organic and AOC Cassis wines. You can visit the family estate (vineyards and cellars) from April to September and finish with a tasting.
